Ronald V. Larson, Partner

Ron heads the business litigation practice at Gokal Law Group. For more than thirty years, he has represented clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters in California state and federal courts. Ron’s practice has served a wide range of clients, including businesses and their owners, technology companies, real estate developers, manufacturers, hospitals, and other professionals. Through his trust and probate litigation work, Ron has successfully recovered millions of dollars for families and individuals.

Ron is an experienced trial and appellate attorney who approaches each case with careful preparation and a client-focused strategy. He believes strong representation is built on understanding his clients’ goals, maintaining integrity throughout the process.

In addition to his legal practice, Ron has served as an adjunct professor at Trinity Law School, where he has taught business and corporate law courses since 1999. Earlier in his career, Ron was commissioned in the United States Army Reserve in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAGC), where he served as trial defense counsel. He remains active in supporting veteran organizations.
