Alison S. Gokal, Partner

Alison S. Gokal has always been an advocate in incredibly complex legal matters.  She is committed to protecting her clients by fiercely advocating for their rights for two decades. Over the past nine years, she has channeled her expertise in complex litigation as an advocate for beneficiaries and elders who have been victimized by greed and negligence of trustees.  Alison’s extensive litigation background enables her to see the big picture, allowing her to effectively resolve cases or press forward to trial with great success.

She has taken on and triumphed against formidable opponents, including corporations like CALTRANS, Ford, Evenflo, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Continental Tires, Nexen Tires, Hilton, Air France, and Tesla. In addition to her legal work, Alison is co-chair of the OCBA Community Outreach Committee and serves as a pro bono attorney for the Elder Law & Disability Rights Center.

Outside of her professional life, Alison is passionate about her family, raising three children with her husband Abbas. She is also a dedicated community member, having served on the board of the Orange County Trial Lawyer Charities, the National Charity League, the Illumination Foundation, and Hope Center for the Arts.  In her free time, she teaches Spin Classes at the YMCA, mountain bikes, trail runs, and weight lifts.
