Alison S. Gokal

Alison S. Gokal, Partner

Alison S. Gokal has been protecting her clients—most of whom have been seriously injured due to the carelessness of others—by fighting for their rights for almost two decades. Over the last five years, she has shifted her complex litigation skills into navigating the complex world of trust litigation, probate, and trust administration. With her deeply ingrained litigation practice, she has an incredible ability to look at the big picture of a case and either resolve cases or forge ahead to successfully try a case.

Alison doesn’t back away from a fight. She has successfully sued numerous manufacturers with unlimited resources to litigate, like CALTRANS, Ford, Evenflo, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Continental Tires, Nexen Tires, Hilton, Air France, and Tesla. She also takes great pride in raising her three children with her husband Abbas, spending time outdoors, volunteering, serving on two nonprofit boards, and teaching Spin Classes at the YMCA.

With her deeply ingrained litigation practice, she has an incredible ability to look at the big picture of a case and either resolve cases, or forge ahead to achieve success at trial.
